Sautéed Zucchini & Yellow Squash w/ Garlic & Parmesan

Ingredients

  • Two medium zucchini – washed and thinly sliced
  • Two medium yellow squash – washed and thinly sliced
  • One tbsp olive oil
  • Two cloves of garlic – crushed
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, fresh or packaged (Kraft) is fine
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large sauté pan
  2. Add zucchini, squash, and garlic
  3. Generously salt and pepper everything
  4. Sauté, stirring regularly, until veggies are tender
  5. When veggies are tender, remove from heat and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  6. Stir until well combined, and serve while still warm and fresh
