Ingredients
- Red and green tomatoes
- Basil
- Onions
- Italian / sourdough bread (breadcrumbs)
- Two Eggs
- Oil
Directions
Bruschetta
- Dice tomatoes, basil & onions
- Mix in a bowl with balsamic vinaigrette
- Put on top of toasted italian / sourdough bread
Fried Green Tomatoes
- Slice green tomatoes
- Scramble eggs to make an egg wash
- Dip green tomatoes in egg wash and then dip in italian breadcrumbs
- Fry for 2-3 minutes in oil of your choice
