  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Red bell pepper
  • Garlic
  • Kale greens
  • Grated zucchini
  • Braggs (liquid aminos)
  • Olive oil
  • Coconut milk

Directions


  • Sauté mushrooms in the skillet with olive oil (about 2 min)
  • Add onions, garlic, and red bell pepper
  • Add Braggs (liquid aminos)
  • Add more oil to form a dressing-like consistency
  • Add coconut milk
  • Combine grated zucchini and kale greens
  • Pour dressing over the vegetables and serve!
