INGREDIENTS
- Mushrooms
- Onions
- Red Bell Pepper
- Garlic
- Kale Greens
- Grated Zucchini
- Braggs (Liquid Aminos)
- Olive Oil
- Coconut Milk
DIRECTIONS
- Sautee mushrooms in the skillet with olive oil for about 2 minutes
- Add onions, garlic and red bell pepper
- Add Braggs (Liquid Aminos)
- Add more oil to form a dressing-like consistency
- Add coconut milk
- Combine grated zucchini and kale greens
- Pour dressing over the vegetables and serve
