INGREDIENTS


  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Kale Greens
  • Grated Zucchini
  • Braggs (Liquid Aminos)
  • Olive Oil
  • Coconut Milk

 

DIRECTIONS


    • Sautee mushrooms in the skillet with olive oil for about 2 minutes
    • Add onions, garlic and red bell pepper
    • Add Braggs (Liquid Aminos)
    • Add more oil to form a dressing-like consistency
    • Add coconut milk
    • Combine grated zucchini and kale greens
    • Pour dressing over the vegetables and serve
