The Warren Farmers Market began in 2013 as a monthly outdoor market in Courthouse Square in Warren, Ohio. In 2014, the market began operating weekly from June through October. What started as a partnership between Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership (TNP), Lake-to-River Cooperative, Mercy Health, and Trumbull County Combined Health District’s Creating Healthy Communities, then transitioned to being fully funded by TNP’s Garden Resources of Warren (GROW) program under a USDA grant. Since then, the market has moved locations three times and grown immensely.
