Directions
- Sauté mushrooms in the skillet with olive oil (about 2 min)
- Add onions, garlic, and red bell pepper
- Add Braggs (liquid aminos)
- Add more oil to form a dressing-like consistency
- Add coconut milk
- Combine grated zucchini and kale greens
- Pour dressing over the vegetables and serve!
