Skillet Fried Corn & Bacon
Change up your sushi game by using tomatoes as your tuna in your Spicy Tuna rolls!

PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS


  • 3 ears of sweet corn from Cook Farms
  • 1 small candy sweet onion from Cook Farms
  • 3 strips of bacon

 

DIRECTIONS


  • Place strips of bacon in skillet and cook on low
  • Chop onion & cut corn from cob
  • Remove bacon when crisp and drain on paper towels
  • Add onion to bacon drippings and cook for one minute
  • Add corn to skillet & continue cooking for about 10 minutes until corn is tender
  • Finely slice bacon strips and sprinkle on top of corn
  • Enjoy!
