Pecan Crusted Chicken & Seasonal Vegetables

INGREDIENTS
- 4 boneless chicken breast from Grass N’ Grace Farm
- 1 cup finely chopped McDivitt Family Maple Pecans
- 1 egg from Grass N’ Grace Farm
- 1 tsp Joe Schmo All Purpose Seasoning
- 4 tbs sunflower oil or EVOO
- McDivitt Family Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette-add to vegetables to your taste
- Seasonal vegetables chopped into bite sized pieces
DIRECTIONS
- Defrost chicken in the fridge for at least 24 hours prior to preparation
- Whisk egg and Joe Schmo All Purpose Seasoning in a bowl
- In a separate bowl, add pecans
- Dip the chicken breast in the egg mixture, coating each side. Then dip the chicken into the pecans, making sure to get a complete and even layer
- Heat oil in a medium-sized frying pan over medium heat
- Cook chicken 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through
- Saute or cook vegetables. Marinate with McDivitt Family Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
