Pecan Crusted Chicken & Seasonal Vegetables

INGREDIENTS


      • 4 boneless chicken breast from Grass N’ Grace Farm
      • 1 cup finely chopped McDivitt Family Maple Pecans
      • 1 egg from Grass N’ Grace Farm
      • 1 tsp Joe Schmo All Purpose Seasoning
      • 4 tbs sunflower oil or EVOO
      • McDivitt Family Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette-add to vegetables to your taste
      • Seasonal vegetables chopped into bite sized pieces

 

DIRECTIONS


      • Defrost chicken in the fridge for at least 24 hours prior to preparation
      • Whisk egg and Joe Schmo All Purpose Seasoning in a bowl
      • In a separate bowl, add pecans
      • Dip the chicken breast in the egg mixture, coating each side. Then dip the chicken into the pecans, making sure to get a complete and even layer
      • Heat oil in a medium-sized frying pan over medium heat
      • Cook chicken 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through
      • Saute or cook vegetables. Marinate with McDivitt Family Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
