Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
Use this salad dressing to compliment all of the delicious veggies you can purchase at the market every Tuesday.
PREP TIME: TEN MINUTES
SERVING SIZE: FOUR
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup of Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pepper to Taste
- 1/4 cup of Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Mix all ingredients except extra virgin olive oil.
- Slowly wisk in oil so it blends in.
